Sheena's Bio:


Sheena earned her master’s degree in Community Counseling from Winona State University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. She sometimes partners in her work with Rosie, her beloved dog to create a warm, safe, and supportive space for healing.

Sheena has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings, including schools, in-home services, and outpatient clinics. She is an EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA (EMDR International Association) and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). In addition, she has advanced training in the AIR Network Model for complex PTSD and dissociation, as well as in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Sheena and Rosie enjoy working with adolescents and adults. Sheena is skilled in supporting individuals experiencing mood disorders, personality disorders, behavioral challenges, mental health crises, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders.

Sheena is also an approved clinical supervisor through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT), providing supervision to clinical trainees working toward licensure.
